Terms of service

leif. is a matching platform. Job seekers tell us where they want to work and what they can do; employers tell us who they need. We rank roles against profiles and put the two sides in touch. We are not a recruiter, an employer, or an immigration adviser, and we do not guarantee any job, hire, visa or relocation outcome.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person or company per account, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Listings come from two places: employers posting directly, and public job boards run by venture capital firms and job feeds. For imported listings, the text belongs to the original employer and the apply button takes you to their site. We do not control those postings and cannot guarantee they are still open, accurate, or that the employer will respond.

Employers who post directly must only publish real, currently open roles, and must not discriminate in their listings or their messages. We may remove listings that break these rules.

Some roles show sponsorship or relocation information. This comes from the employer's own posting or from public government registers of licensed sponsors. It is information, not legal advice, and it can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm sponsorship directly with the employer and, where needed, with a qualified immigration professional.

You agree not to:

• post fake roles, fake profiles, or misleading information,
• scrape or bulk-download the site or its listings,
• use candidate or employer data for anything other than hiring or getting hired,
• harass other users or send them spam,
• try to access another person's account or data.

We can suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Fit percentages are estimates produced by our matching system. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a measure of a person's worth or a promise of an outcome. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost jobs, lost hires, visa outcomes, or decisions made based on listings or match scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If the change is significant, we will note the new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
