What recruiters can't see

A billion profiles. Zero signal.

signals of intent

Every professional in your target market is one search away — and none of them tell you the only thing that matters: whether they'd actually move.

…and 40 more like it

You're qualified, you'd move tomorrow, and you're screened out before a human reads a line — because the filter says you live somewhere else.

We only list people who have already said yes to leaving — and roles that have already said yes to bringing them.

Everyone here declares their destination countries, sponsorship status, relocation needs, and earliest start date up front. That's the whole product: a market built from intent, not guesswork.

Only roles that would actually hire you

Each role comes with a match percentage and a plain explanation of why — country, work mode and seniority first.

Moving is paperwork, not luck

Where a visa is a formality, not a wall.

Every country below sponsors international hires on a routine basis. Rules change — always check the official source before you book flights — but this is roughly what each one asks for.

Germany

EU Blue Card / Opportunity Card

A job offer above the salary threshold gets you a Blue Card in most cases. No offer yet? The Opportunity Card lets you move first and look for up to a year.

  • ✓Job offer (Blue Card) or proof of funds (Opportunity Card)
  • ✓Recognised degree
  • ✓Health insurance

Netherlands

Highly Skilled Migrant visa

Your employer applies for you — they must be a recognised sponsor, which most international companies are. Decisions usually land within weeks.

  • ✓Offer from a recognised sponsor
  • ✓Salary above the age-based threshold
  • ✓Valid passport

Sweden

Work permit

The employer must have advertised the role in the EU first — standard for international listings. Family can join you with permits of their own.

  • ✓Signed employment contract
  • ✓Salary and insurance meeting collective-agreement levels
  • ✓Passport copy

Canada

Express Entry / work permit

Points-based and predictable: age, education, language and experience all count. A job offer isn't required for Express Entry, but it helps a lot.

  • ✓Language test (IELTS/CELPIP)
  • ✓Education credential assessment
  • ✓Job offer or enough CRS points

Portugal

Job seeker visa / digital nomad visa

One of Europe's most open doors. The job seeker visa gives you 120 days to find work on the ground; remote workers can apply on income alone.

  • ✓Proof of income or savings
  • ✓Health insurance
  • ✓Clean criminal record

UAE

Employment visa

The employer sponsors everything — visa, medical, Emirates ID. From offer to landing is often under a month.

  • ✓Job offer
  • ✓Attested degree (for skilled roles)
  • ✓Medical fitness test on arrival
